What is your return policy?

We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all! We just want you to love our products as much as we do!

If you are not completely satisfied with your Kiara Sky Nails purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Kiara Sky Nails monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Kiara Sky Nails in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Kiara Sky Nails’ discretion.

Please Note: Duties and fees collected are non refundable. Bundles, Collections, & Custom Bundles can only be refunded IN FULL. Partial refunds on part of a bundle or bundle items are not allowed. Replacement orders are non refundable. Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by clicking HERE. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
