Are Duties, Taxes, and/or Value Added Tax included when shipping internationally?

Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee unless specified at checkout.
